You probably mean 'are horses used as steeds in the military of countries?'. Well, during World War Two, Poland used horses as steeds to take out the Nazis. Apparently, there are not used still. The Nazis pwned the Polish people on horses because horses are flesh and bone, like humans, so they're easy to shoot down, unlike the Nazi's 'Panzers'.
