Well it depends on the person doesn't it? Its like asking: is a person good or bad, and then ofcourse there's the question of what is good and bad. The fact is, every judge is going to be political based purely on the fact that we (humans) are all 'biased' in one way or another, whether we choose to admit it or not. We have opinions, and make our decisions based on those opinions. If judges could make decisions without putting their own opinions into play, then a monkey hooked upto a computer could do their job.
