Certainly, if a child knows how to kill and commit crimes by 10 years old they should. There were two 14 year old kids who attacked a woman in her car, one held her and threatened her with a knife, while the other drove to a nearby woods, they both raped her and finally smashed her head with a rock; which caused her death. If a 14 year old child can do all those things, yeah they should also face prison.

∙ 14y agoThis all depends on the individual in question as well as the laws of the state or country. If the person is young, perhaps around 14 or so, he/she would get sent to a Juvenile Detention Center or be placed on Probation for a certain period of time.
If you are talking about visiting someone in prison with your children, I would check with the prison first to see if there are any policies or guidelines you need to follow before taking them with you.
