Cats as a whole are not allergic to lilies, but it is possible that an individual cat might be. Cats should never be allowed to eat lilies or other house and garden flowers under any circumstances, but a cat that shows signs of itching or another allergic reaction around lilies may have an environmental Allergies to them.

yes, very poisonous my cat died from lillies! when we found out he was poinsoned it was to late to take him to the vet! And we didnt have enough money for a kidney transplant! You might want to hurry and take your cat to the vet b4 its to late! :(

same happened to me!

It sounds like you are thinking of calla lilies. Canna (or Canna lily) is not a true lily, and according to the ASPCA website (http://www.aspca.org/Pet-care/poison-control/Plants/canna-lily.aspx), is non-toxic to dogs/cats. However, calla lily and ALL true lilies are very poisonous to cats.
