The ones that are not aware of health issues are the ones who do not get exercise, and who do not eat healthy. Doing this can greatly lower your life expectancy. This is not to say that those people do not know about their health issues, they just ignore them.

Many Americans a void of world issues that directly effect the prices of the goods and services they purchase everyday. Many Americans do not have a full time job. Mostly because the middle class (if there is still one) job market requires Americans to have post high school education. Many Americans do not understand economics. Many Americans do not have what they consider good leadership. Many Americans do not have the greed necessary to wreck an economy and cause the unemployment rate to sky rocket. The list goes on and on.

There are many benefits and issues with the ObamaCare program. Some of the issues include that people will be paying taxes for other people's health insurance. Also, people who do not desire health insurance will be required to get it or pay a fee.

Someone who is knowledgeable in health issues. Of course, doctors, nurses, med techs, etc., fall into this category, but many non medical professionals are health literate, as well. People who take an active interest in health issues learn quite a lot about health, and become quite health literate, as well.
