Both men and women are leaders in the Church, but in different capacities. Men and women are considered equals in the family but with separate roles. A woman's opinions and rights are considered equal with a mans, and women are expected to work together with their husbands to run the household and to work together with the men of the congregation to run the church.

However, in the case of a disagreement, the men have the final authority.
