um if you mean real life then modern warfare because they're all newer and more modern obviously. But if your comparing games, the guns can't be "better" because they're different games.
No they are not even in the same ballpark in terms of a battle where each side competed with the best weapons from the different games. The Guns in the Zombies mode of Call of Duty Black Ops are designed for killing waves of zombies and no convectional weapon comes close to those created for the Zombie modes.
