You might want to get that checked out by a doctor just to rule out some other possibilities, sometimes moles and other skin darkening and growths can be a signal of skin cancer ( don't get too worried though) sometimes other things can contribute to these things, if your on any type of hormones this may have affected this also...just go to your doctor and see what they say...hope everything is OK Good Luck and God Bless!!

In addition: of course moles grow and change during the years with the growth and the change of our body. You have to be careful when you notice that the mole changes too fast:

- changes it color or already has no one and the same pattern but contains some different shades

- grows fast and asymmetrically, does not has clear borders

- itches, hurts, oozes or bleeds

In such cases you have to go to your dermatologist.

In your case it seems a normal mole that develops with your skin but to be sure you have to visit your dermatologist. It is recommended to watch all of your moles. You can use the Check Moles List
