If it erupting then yes.
... Yes that is exactly where they form and the most dangerous volcanoes are formed in this area by wide opening, colliding plates.
Volcanoes are also dangerous to aircraft flying near them.

Yes.
The most dangerous types of volcanoes are Dormant Volcanoes because they erupt frequently. Additionally, volcanoes that haven't erupted in over one hundred years can be very dangerous. This is because if a volcano hasn't erupted in one hundred years that means that the magma chamber keeps distributing lava to the pipe, which gets full. This means that someday the volcano with become to full and the main vent will explode causing a big eruption.
Stratovolcanoes are considered the most dangerous type of volcano due to their explosive eruptions caused by the high viscosity of their magma. These eruptions can release pyroclastic flows, ash, and volcanic bombs, posing significant risks to nearby populations. Some famous examples include Mount Vesuvius in Italy and Mount St. Helens in the United States.

With some exceptions, volcanoes are generally not dangerous to people. Your chance of being killed by a volcano is 1 in 80000 over your lifetime, which is far less than your chance of being killed in say a motor vehicle accident (1 in 67). There are also two classifications for inactive volcano's. Volcanoes which have not erupted for a significant amount of time are known as dormant volcanoes. Volcanoes which have not erupted in human history are known as extinct volcanoes. Extinct volcanoes are never expected to erupt again, and are therefore not dangerous unless they have been misclassified. So no, I do not think that all volcanoes whether active or inactive are dangerous. The only dangerous volcanoes are dormant volcanoes that explode suddenly with little or no warning.
I think any volcano is potentially dangerous. It was once thought that volcanoes were extinct but now scientist think volcanoes are active or dormant. So any volcanoe could erupt and be dangerous. Some are more likely to than others.

Pumice is volcanic rock. Italy probably has the most pumice, since it contains the only active volcanoes on mainland Europe (as well as some of the most dangerous). Iceland also has a large concentration of active volcanoes.
