Nuclear Devices aren't being used in Iraq and Afghanistan and probably won't be used due to the amount of innocent civilians that might be harmed if a nuclear device is used because terrorists from al-queda and the taliban are hiding and operating among civilians to prevent the coalition forces of using the nuclear devices from being used against them hindering them incapable to launch them and put them in use.
