No. God would want us to help our fellow man by giving them their life back. What good is an organ to a dead person? And I wonder why God gave us two kidneys and made the liver regenerate? Could it be that it was meant for us to offer a kidney to someone else or a lobe of liver knowing we could survive quite happily doing that?
