NO, pocket bikes are illegal on public roads anywhere in Canada. The only place you can drive your pocket bike is on a actual track for pocket bikes or private property. If you want to ride on the streets you can, but waatch out for people complaining and the cops.

Hey, Pocket bikes are legal to own in New York BUT illegal to operate on public streets. There are many wesites that say "our bikes are street legal in all 50 states" but most of these statements are false. The police most likely will confiscate your pocket rocket and slap you with a summons or a ticket.....and they can be very expensive. Have fun and ride safe.
