Hey, Pocket bikes are legal to own in New York BUT illegal to operate on public streets. There are many wesites that say "our bikes are street legal in all 50 states" but most of these statements are false. The police most likely will confiscate your pocket rocket and slap you with a summons or a ticket.....and they can be very expensive. Have fun and ride safe.
