EBay works for me for the older cards, but newer cards are sold in all major retail outlets, like K-Mart, Target, etc.
Recent Pokemon cards are made by The Pokemon Company, a division of Nintendo and so shops would place an order with either The Pokemon Company or a different company that acts as a distributor and then gets the card delivered in bulk. Prior to 2003, Pokemon cards were created by Wizards of the Coast and would have been sold through Wizards of the Coast.
Walmart,Target.

I'd be careful in Hong Kong as most of the Pokemon cards sold there are counterfeit. The best place in Hong Kong to look for Pokemon cards is the local Toy R Us stores where only the legitimate products are. Each booster that you purchased there contains ten cards and has one or two rares as well as a few commons and uncommon cards. Most of them are printed Traditional Chinese like the Taiwanese cards although English cards do exist in Hong Kong as well.
No. there are Pokemon cards. then there ar yugioh cards. they are different
