You cant house train them. They are not communicable. If you spank them they will not understand and will hate you.

Yes they are! Pigs learn to walk on leashes more quickly than dogs.
it really depends on what you are trying to train them to do. guinea pigs have very short memories but with a lot of time (and treats) you can train them to do pretty neat tricks and even train them.
If you train it, yes. But I do not think you can train guinea pigs.
