Well, i remember watching aDiscovery Channel episode about how the world would end, and they featured robots.they said that since the army are creating robots with minds of their own to fight, the robots could very easily turn on us and kill us. Another thing Discovery Channel said was that doctors are making extremely small robots to go into someone's body to help get rid of bacteria cells. If even the tiniest thing went wrong, the robot could destroy something vital and kill us. They are also creating robots to perform surgery. If they malfunctioned the robot could easily kill us.
So, I think it could easily wipe out the human race if it gets out of hand.
