The salary that a Senior Executive can expect to receive is determined by the specific company, industry and location where the job is located. However, upper level executives can expect to receive salaries that average around $120,000 to $200,000 per year with bonuses, commission percentages, health benefits, paid vacations, paid personal time off, pension plans, company expense accounts and life insurance benefits.
