The marine biome is a more scientific way of saying "an ocean habitat".
I haven't seen any sharks prancing through the deciduous forests or galloping over the open tundra lately. I must conclude that, yes, sharks live in the marine biome.
No they are Marine Fish. Many think they are but they do not have Fur or are warm blooded.
