Your little cousin has little tiny sores all over her body that looks like pimples but she only 6 what could that be?
if they are all over the body then they may be chicken pox but if they are large groups of them or just in one spot they could be hives i highly doubt that they are hives but its possible P.S you can trust me from experience of treating them and dont let her scratch them they only get worse i would either go to the dr. or rub hibocortizone creme on them and dont touch them they are contagious by touch I recommened using gloves to touch them.

It's just that some people suffer more than others.
