That's actually a more difficult question to answer than simply saying yes or no. It is known that the hormones that one produces at an early age does directly effect the height of a person. Meaning, the more healthy a person's hormones, the better the chances of being taller. Particularly in men, the more testosterone men have at an early age, the bigger and stronger they naturally become. Where as if a man has a lower testosterone production at puberty, they tend to be shorter. In certain cases, a man could have a higher estrogen production, making them quicker to anger.
This could easily be the reason for a lot of short men having anger issues. The higher estrogen production makes them prone to negative emotions like jealousy, anger, depression, etc. Not to mention, short people at early and even later ages get a lot of ridicule for their height making them very defensive. This could create a constant need to prove themselves and/or need to establish a certain dominance that one wouldn't normally need to do.
