Well, a woman can sometimes be "vain and filrty" simply to get attention. Flirting is a way to get a lot of attention and most people, especially vain women, love attention. Plus if she didn't have a strong/healthy relationship with her fater or other male role model sha may be targeting attention from men. With most men they can. They need to prove their delusion that they are irresistable to all men. In my experiences, male N's tend to do the same thing. After I dumped my N. ex, I heard through the grapevine that he flirts with his best friend's little sister which is gross in itself - and the fact that she's so ugly makes it even worse.
