Im 13, and I personally think that teen relationships should be allowed. But, on the other hand, some think that teens are still a bit too young for having a relationship. I suppose it's okay to say you like someone because you cant help it if you like someone. But in my view, I think it's a good way of preparing yourself for when you get into a serious relationship :) 16 and above are okay for relationships because they are more mature x
