In September, 2008, I was able to drive 19 cars in four countries worth about $6million. Two of them were Porsches (GT3 and GT2). I own a Ferrari 550 and fell in love with the Porsches. Now I also own a 2007 997 Turbo and it is both exquisite in its feedback to the driver and it out-performs every Ferrari I know of- up to a 599GTB and equals that for 1/3rd the cost!
The 997 was introduces in the Carrera 2 and Carrera 2 S coupe in 2005, so it was just before that that they stopped making the same 996 version. Then the 4 wheel drive, C4 series was launched and they stopped the 996 version.Right now Porsche are not making any more 996 models at all and the final 997, the Turbo has now hit the showrooms, so the 996 is now history. So to answer your question, the last 996 was produced in 2006.
kinda,,,
Anything is possible, but the cost would likely be outrageous.
yes they are.
Yes there are several kits out there. I suggest calling the guys over at http://www.imagineauto.com. Brian Minson, Editor Porsche 9 Magazine www.9magazine.com
It is just Porsche still, the car company porsche do not have any differerent name in spanish
At any Porsche automobile shop. Look up Porsche on Google and find a Porsche dealership that sells them close to you.
Any Porsche 911. The best body kit would be the 959.
There is a super charged universal kit . There is also the regular turbo kit for the 3.1 liter firebird these can be bought from any good auto parts store.
Depends on how you define performance. As for speed, the Bugatti Veyron Gran Sport cannot be matched my any other convertible. Handling wise, there are any number of ultra high performance convertibles, including the Porsche Turbo Cabriolet and the Mercedes-McLaren SLR Roadster.
A place to purchase a Porsche Cayenne is at any Porsche dealership. Another place that would be able to sell a Porsche Cayenne is a car re-sale shop that sells used and refurbished cars.
Technically you can, but unless you have a turbo a blow valve won't do you any good. It's be like hanging sidepipes on a car and not hook them up.
