Every human being is the child of Hazrat Adam (AS), the first human being created by Almighty God. In this regards all human beings are brothers. Some of them believed in the ONENESS of Almighty God and accepted the Prophet-hood of Hazrat Noah (AS), Hazrat Abraham (AS), Hazrat Issac (AS), Hazrat Moses (AS), Hazrat Jesus (AS) and the last Prophet Hazrat (Muhammad (May peace and blessings of Allah Almighty be upon him. All human beings who believed/believe in the ONENESS of Almighty God and Prophet-hood are basically the Muslims.

Anyone, irrespective of the religious label which he has put on himself, who kills any innocent person-irrespective of his religion- commits sin-as did Cain.
Take a look on the history of mankind and we may find the Christian Rulers killing thousands of their Christian Brothers, -not to say of Jews and Muslims. Many Muslim Rulers mercilessly murdered thousands of Muslims-not to say of Christians, Jews and non-believers.
So, it is utter ignorance to call a particular group of people the descendents of Cain. Look around and see what man is doing to man irrespective of religion. No one can claim innocence.

No. They are descended from Seth, like all people living today on account of the Great Flood.
