How do you take the seat off of a 1997 Honda cbr600f3?
The seat on a 1997 Honda CBR 600 F3 is bolted onto the bike. You must remove the left and right side covers below the seat first, to get access to these bolts. The left and right side covers are held on by a plastic screw that you can use coin to turn 1/4 turn to release it. There are 3 rubber grommets holding the cover in place. 1 at the front of the cover, and 2 along the bottom towards the rear. After removing the side covers you will see 2, 12mm hex head bolts holding the seat to the bike. Remove these bolts, lift up on the rear of the seat, and then pull towards the rear of the bike.

How do you take the seat off of a Honda 350 XR dirt bike?
Remove the two plastic covers located on each side and below the seat. Then you get access to the two bolts that hold the seat in place. These are located at the rear of the seat. Remove them and then slide the seat backwards and upwards.
