Yes they are! The Catacombs are a very popular tourist attraction here in Paris. They're open daily from 10am to 5pm except on Mondays and public holidays. The address is 1, avenue du Colonel Henri Roi-Tanguy, and be prepared for a line of around two hours in summer.
