Are the circular shapes on the Lexus IS rear bumper part of its fitting or for show only The top surface has fallen off can this be replaced?

if you have 4 of them all at the same height, I would guess they are actually your rear reversing sensors. Cover them and you will get a continual beeping when you reverse.
