The only way is to install a software package onto the target's phone. It is impossible to install the software remotely, you would need to have the phone in hand in order to do it.
Once the software is on the phone it is invisible and allows you to listen into calls, track it via GPS, listen into surrounding audio and get copies of emails, SMS, etc.
Beware of "Bluetooth Spy Software", it does not work as described and you will not get your money back if you buy it.

Recieved an e-mail that cell phone numbers will become public tomarrow. Is this true
Many cell phone companies lure customers into a contract by offering them a discounted or free cell phone. Consumers can save money by purchasing their own cell phone elsewhere. Consumers can find cell phones for sale on auction websites and on free classified sites. Consumers should verify that the phone works with their desired provider and is fully functional prior to purchase. Always beware "too good to be true" deals on cell phones for sale.
No, this is completely not true at all. There is no evidence that suggests that a car charger will damage your cell phone.
