Yes. They are identical because externally the 350 and 400 are also identical.
externally, they are the same. The engine mounting holes on the block are the same. the motor mounts themselves might be different though.
you will need to get replacement motor mounts they are a little different from the 400 and 350 4 bolt but everything else should go nicely!!! good luck!!
I believe it is about the same as a 305 / 350. 600 lbs. I recently swapped a 400 into a trans am with a 305 and the car weighed the same at the track.
