I don't think so. Police corruption is probably for money, gangs, or fun. But police abuses of force are probably just officers losing their calmness and going over the edge. But i think it would be hard not to knock out someone who thinks that he shouldn't get arrested because he's senior class president.

I presume you are a young person asking this so I will treat it as a propper question! Corruption is all about breaking the Law, that's what makes it 'corrupt' in the first place. Where there is power and money there is usually corruption not far away or behind the scenes. Money is power and power is money :-(
