No
yes it will, they are the same frames.
Yes, 1968-1972 had the same frames.
same frame as a 70 chevelle. El Caminos and Station Wagons had the same frames. 4" longer than a Chevelle.
Yes, '68-'72 El Caminos (Gen 3) are the same body from the firewall back. Frames are the same.
it would work on a 65 el camino but I don't know on a regular chevelle, if the wheel base is the same it will work.
It would be the same as any 1964-65 Chevelle station wagon frame
The 1980 El Camino typically fits frames designed for the General Motors G-body platform, which includes models like the Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac Grand Prix from the same era. When looking for a replacement or aftermarket frame, ensure it is compatible with the G-body specifications. Custom frames may also be available for performance upgrades or restorations, but standard G-body frames are the most straightforward option. Always verify compatibility with the specific model year and any modifications that may have been made.
1968-1972 were the same, as were all body parts except for trim and grill/headlights.
No a 1972 Chevy pickup is not the same model as a 1973 Chevy pickup. I believe it goes from 1967-1972, 1973-1980, 1981-1987. Doors will work from 1973-1976, 1977-1987. You would need to find 1972 doors as they are the only ones taht will fit a 1972. 1967-1971 are the same but there is something different about 1972 doors.
ANY '64-'67 GM A body frame from the same body type (2 door coupe, convertible, etc.) Now, you are MUCH better off sticking with the '66-'67 frames. Even though the earlier frames can be used, the '66-'67 frames are stronger.
The El Camino used the same chassis as the station wagon model.
yes from 1967-1972 the cabs are the same. the only differences are options like trim etc.
