The systems are a little different and the games are also. The Wii does not have the technology the PS3 and Xbox 360 does and so the games are different. That may be a reason the Wii does not get the Black Ops DLCs or the PS3 and Xbox 360 modern warfare series and instead get the Treyarch developed Reflex edition.

Black Ops Xbox 360 and PS3 versions have that ability to purchase 4 different DLCs for additional maps . The are named First Strike Annihalation Escalation and Rezurrection

Black Ops zombie maps do not work on World at War and the only ones from World at War that work on Black Ops are those that were modified for Black Ops and are not the same maps used for World at War and even have different Weapons for the Black Ops game
No they have different perks for Black Ops II. None of the original maps will work in the new game and they are not making any of the 11 Black Ops Zombie Maps into versions for Black Ops II
There are 11 maps for Black Ops PS3 PC and Xbox 360 editions when the 4 DLCs have been purchased
You get Rezurrection free with the code for the Hardened and Prestige edition for Call of Duty Black Ops PS3 or Xbox 360 games not because you have the WAW Zombie maps redesigned for Black Ops
