Are the mass air flow and the throttle position sensors hard to change.1989 Jeep Laredo on a cold start it idles fine but as it warms up the rpms will go to 2000rpm.let cool off its does same thing.?

if it idels high most likely it will be your air flow massenser and there not hard to install just when you install this make sure you desconect the battery for 30 min.this will reset your computer leave the battery disconected for about 30 min.this should take care of the problem
