The Cold Equations is a famous Science Fiction short story by Tom Godwin. In it, the pilot of a rescue shuttle (operating under extremely tight constraints regarding fuel reserves, travel time, etc.) encounters a stowaway, and the entire story is about the how the people involved deal with this situation.
Within the constraints specified by the story, "good" or "bad" is difficult to assess. His actions are necessary ones. He is as kind as he can responsibly be (and kinder than regulations require him to be ... let me rephrase that. He's not "at least as kind as the regulations require", he's "kinder than the regulations allow").
Other authors have read the story and found fault with the underlying logic; some of them have published their own take on the situation, but in general the consensus is more "this situation should never have been allowed to happen in the first place", not "the pilot (rather than the shipping company, the government, society generally, etc.) did the wrong thing."
TECHNICALLY Communism ended
All military pilots wore leather flight helmets during WW2. They are called helmets, but actually they were soft leather caps that covered the ears and back of the head; not like the safety helmets of the jet age. The "helmets" had straps for the pilot's goggles to be attached to. Pilots in those days had to have goggles, because propeller driven airplanes could be flown with their canopies open, and pilots could stick their heads outside of the plane's cockpit to get a better view, as when landing. The flight "helmet" also kept the wind (and cold) from deafening the pilot's ears, as it had had leather flaps to cover the ears.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Even if the kamikazes had access to the helmets of modern aviation, though, wearing them wouldn't be a pointless endeavor on a mission to crash their planes into American warships. If you're familiar with aviation or even gravity, you know that a pilot's helmet is not going to do much good in most crashes. A plane meeting another solid object abruptly normally results in death, no matter what the pilot has on his or her head. What a helmet, or even a softer leather flight cap, is good for is protecting a pilot's head from getting knocked by the cockpit canopy during high-speed, mid-air maneuvering, like the kind you have to do to avoid gunfire while nosediving into a ship.Couple this with the fact that kamikazes sometimes had to abort their missions before the explosive finale due to turbulence, weather or visibility issues, and the pilots' protective headgear becomes much more apparent as an aid to help them complete their mission, not necessarily survive it.
Carlos P. Romulo did thousands of good things for the Philippines and the United Nations and the US. I have included a link so you can see all his phenomenal actions.
The pilots had more controls than soldiers on the battlefield or trenches. The soldiers could easily being killed by bullets or shells. A pilot had a good chance to survive in the air
They were on the allied side in ww2 but their actions were bloodthirsty against the Germans because of how harsh the Germans attacked them.
they're just average.I think there airline crashed twice.
There are several good websites to find help with radical equations. You tube has several good videos on radical equations that are free of charge.
The best trust me
So they know if it's safe for them to fly.
Yes
She encouraged women pilots that they could be as good as men.
No. A lot of physic has to do with equations and math. Physics will be easier if you are good at math. I was for me :)
good actions, good deeds
Some good multiplication equations to include in addition worksheets can be found at match equations dot com. You can plug them in on all kinds of math problems.
maxwell was good at making mathamatical equations
Hahahaha good one. No.. They were in the kitchen.
Pilots flying in an airplane can't see the wires and might crash into them. The red balls act like flags to alert the pilots that the wires are there. Good question!
