Depends upon which cars are being compared. In many US municipalities, the Ford Crown Victoria is still used, and is not exactly a fast car (electronically limited to 120mph, and not very quick to get to 60mph). However, you can't outrun a police officer's radio.
Note:Does depend on the cars being compaired and you have older cars out there that are on the street and can out run the police cars and can top speeds of up to 230MPH some even faster...
Of course it can! Cop cars are said to be fast, which is true when comparing to ordinary cars like a toyota prius. But when you compare those exotic cars, police cars have no chance. So, lamborghini is fast, and police cars...slow.
Faster than other cars
Yes
no because cars have an engine
Bus drivers will sometimes ask that you not eat on the bus because that makes it easier to keep the bus clean.Because buses can stopped faster than cars and other vehicles.Because buses can stop faster than cars and other vehicles.
Generally speaking, no. Not any more than any other car.
Yes, they usually are, but it can differ from car to car. For example, a Chevy Suburban is faster than a smart car because there are more pistons in the engine, creating more torque and speed, therefore making the car go faster. On the other hand, however, a motorcycle is faster than most cars, yet they have smaller engines.
Gasoline cars are faster than their electric counterparts. At least they are for now.
Honestly, it depends on the car. A lot of the classic Mopar cars are faster than the new ones. But we also have newer technology that can help us make our cars faster than the older ones.
both about the same as they are identical cars other than the body, they are both built on the same chassis.
In Nicaragua, the police don't drive cars.
