Yes! God is not a man that He would lie. Only there are some qualifiers. Some promises are only for the Israelites who keep or break their covenant. Some are for all who believe. Some are for "the Church", i.e., the genuine followers of Christ (John 3:3-8; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:23). One is for those who reject the Lord's offer of hgrace and prefer to be lord of their own life. And some are "if" "then" promises...if you do this then I will do this...but if you do this then I will do this...

So always study the context carefully
