The most notable ones are the scar on his left cheek, and the one on his right arm.

The first scar, the one on the cheek seems to have become permanent (although at times, the scar isn't visible in the drawings with negi's face facing forwards; such as in volume cover 21 or 22?)

The second is the scar caused by the "Nagi" illusion created by Albireo Imma (Colonel-san)'s artifact and hence, Negi has allowed the scar to be left untreated since he considers it as a memento of his father.

There is also the scar from having his right arm sliced off by Kagetarou, but it isn't clear yet if it will be permanent since it hasn't been that long.

I think he can use some kind of magic or magical item (like the lotion he used on ch 255) to erase those scars, but he decided to keep the scars as a reminder of those events (it mentioned on ch 255 pg 11 and ch 120 pg 4).

Who is negi springfeild?

Negi Springfield is the protagonist of Ken Akamatsu's genre-crossing manga series, Magister Negi Magi / Mahou Sensei Negima / Negima. At the start of the series he was Valediction of a graduating class of 5 from Merdania Magic Academy at the age of 9. His assigned task to obtain full license as a Magister Magi was to teach English at Mahora Academy. Negi Springfield is also the son of the Thousand Master, Nagi Springfield, and thus has a similar amount of magical potential, although far more studious than his father. Negi is something of a genius at magic, having studied more advanced spells in the Forbidden Archives, including one to deal with high-level demons. His speciality, however, is Linguistics: besides the Latin in which many 'Negima' incantations are made, he studied Japanese in about two weeks. Negi Springfield is many other things, however telling you would be spoiling and robbing you of the joys of finding out.

Is the Chachamaru at Mahora Academy with Evangeline linked to the Chachamaru at the Magic World with Negi?

It doesn't seem to be the case or else Chachamaru in Mundus Magicus would have constantly updated her master, Eva-san on the events that occurred immediately after the gateport incident, since Negi is after all, Evangeline's student. The "Chachamaru" in the Mahora campus seems to be another robot AI from Chachamaru and was only borrowing Chachamaru's loli-robot body so that Evangeline would have a servant to take Chachamaru's place in her absence. Then again, it is questionable since this "Chachamaru" seems to know Eva-san well, as can be seen in her conversation with Hakase during the "dress-up" chapter recently.

How did Negi Springfield get the scar on his left cheek?

Negi Springfield got the scar on his left cheek during an encounter with the former Governor General of Ostia, Kurt Godel, who attacked him with his magic. This confrontation left Negi scarred but also marked a turning point in his growth as a mage.

What is Kotarou from Mahou Sensei Negima real last name?

As far as I know, he has no actual last name. That is because he was abandoned by his biological parents and he lived on his own. Well, in the Mahora Academy records, he has Natsumi Murakami's last name since he is supposedly her younger brother, so as to allow him to stay with Chizuru and Natsumi who were the ones who had found him when he had first come into the academy, wounded and suffering from temporary memory loss. He has adopted a last name, Kotaro Inugami, but this is because of his being in the dog-tribe than actually being a last name. In the tournament (both in the mahora one and the current ostia one) he has adopted aliases due to certain conditions, but these are of course less likely to be his real last name.

Where does Kotarou Inugami from Mahou Sensei Negima manga hide his tail when he is at Mahora Academy?

most likely in his pants, though it could also be that he can somehow camoflage his tail, though his ears are always visible, and he only is able to hide them by having them lie flat against his head and hidden from view by his thick hair.
