They are not even remotely related to the Indian race, they are actually related to the Chinese race. If you mean Indian nationals from India migrating to and living in Mongolia, yes, it is possible. If you mean "Indians" by the natives of North America (US / Canada) then you are using the incorrect term. The correct term is native Americans. They are only called "Indians" because when the US was discovered, the explorers were heading for India and thought they were actually in India at first. Again, yes it is possible that Native Americans have migrated to Mongolia.
