If you mean hacks, then there are plenty out there. I believe some of the most well-known are Elibian Nights and MageKnight404's two hacks, his first a nameless one and his second named A Sacred Dawn. Mind you, hacks are illegal.
Just Google "fire emblem hacks" and a bunch should come up. You need an emulator to play them, though, and most games only give you the patch file. You have to patch it your self. When you download some hacks, they'll give you patching instructions, but for others you'll have to Google it.
