The Bantu language is spoken in many parts of Africa.
German is not widely spoken in Africa as an official language. However, it is sometimes used in Namibia as a legacy of German colonization. There may be some German-speaking communities in other countries, but it is not an official language in any other African country.
There are towns within South Africa which are named after German towns, but there is no town which is generally german speaking. South Africa has had many German immigrants, and they named towns in South Africa after their home towns. Examples are Berlin, Stuttgart, Hanover, Frankfurt.
