There is one called Whirlwind Parkour.
Go to American Parkour's website, go into their forums, check the New Jersey State sub-forum. You will find the information you need there. However, to my knowledge, there are no free running parks in NJ.
anywhere depending on your level, a compressed area with a lot of obstacles, walls, rails close together can allow you to build fluid movement. there is also many things in your local park, for conditioning and drills.
Any shoe is good for parkour; the movements are what important.
well it all depends on whether u perfer freerunning or parkuor.(theyre different but simsilar) if you just need basics however u should start by mastering the 6 basic vualts. there are tutorials 4 these on youtube and other places. once that's done move on to wall jumping and training. youll need alot of strength, speed, and stamina 4 parkour. any kind of basic training works! then start moving from place 2 place using parkour. you could even try a few basic tricks if u wanted but tricks are not considered parkour! hope this helped!!
Feiyues are good for parkour, and I am not sure if they are expensive.
Prob not, but the University is a great place to do parkour/free running
You do not "play" parkour; it is not like a team sport. Parkour is the freedom of movement through any and all objects (of course whatever obstacles you can overcome with your physical body); you can playfully practice and train parkour; but you do not "play" it.
Either one you prefer the most; shoes are not that big of an importance in parkour; properly learning and doing the movements is.

in any urban environment
As of now no.
Any type of shoes are good parkour; being able to the movements properly is more important.
