you only get a fine around $100
I think you get a fine.
It's unclear as what is actually being asked. To locate the anchor points of ANY seat belt follow the belt to the point where it is bolted into the anchor points located in the floor pan of the vehicle. Remove these bolts.
ANY frayed seat belt MUST be replaced. Fraying, cuts, or any other damage can and DOES make a seat belt fail. Think about this for a moment. $30 or so, OR your life..
There are many reasons why one would want to wear a wide seat belt in a car when driving. The biggest reason why one would wear a wide seat belt is if they were too fat for a normal seat belt.
Don't even mess with this. Replace the belt! This is a serious safety issue. FriPilot

Remember to keep a copy of BOTH the ticket and your form of payment in your file, and in your glove compartment in case you are ever pulled over in order to verify that your ticket and fine was paid.
Just short of an expert dropping by, I'll offer my "esteemed" opinion: I don't think it matters - as long as it fits I'd go with any available belt assembly.

Yes, the driver and anyone over six years old should wear a seat belt when in the front seat of the car. A child might need a booster seat or might need to ride in the back of the vehicle depending on the seat belt style.
Unbolt it from the floorboard, disconnect any seat belt attachments, uncouple any electrical couplers, pull the seat out. There isn't much to it.
I have a 1990 acura integra with retratable seat belts. My seat belt on driverside will not retract to secure position. Seat belt stays in forward position. I replaced door latch thinking this might have solved my problem, it didn't. I then checked the seat belt motor located in back quarter. I did this by disconnecting power in wire coupler. I then connected power to the wire coupler connection to the seat belt motor. The seat belt moved back to secure position. I then reversed the wires to the wire coupler connection and seat belt moved forward. By using the separate power source the seat belt moved forward and back, operating as it should. I figure the seat belt motor doesn't need to be replaced as it works fine with separte power source applied. I am wondering if there is a faulty relay switch that might be causing my seat belt from working properly. If there is a relay switch where would it be located? Is there anyone that can give me information regarding my seat belt proble? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, a no seat belt ticket will go on your driving record in the state of Florida. Any ticket that is given will go on a driving record.
