well i dont know about any other ipod but the ipod touch has tons of problems.. such as the wifi....on alot of ipods the wifi icon will end up grayed out and apple wont fix it and the screen... the screen will often become unresponsive in certain spots, im unsure if that problkem is fixable or not

ipods are in some ways not as good as MP3 or MP4 players as although you can hold more on an ipod they brake easier and there are a lot more things that can go wrong with them than with just your standard MP3/MP4 player. ipods are alllso much more exspensive because of the brand.

Because MP3 players cannot carry alot of features, play more songs like iPods and can't play any games. iPods has alot more features than MP3 players. iPods are more expensive than MP3 players. Ipods ARE a type of MP3 player.
