You would have to check your local laws first, and see if they have any language governing wolf hybrids. Saarloos Wolfhonds may be a recognized breed, but they would still be considered a hybrid in most cases. Make sure you're on good terms with your neighbors before you bring the dog home, as some would likely throw a fit at a "wild animal" moving in next door. And it goes without saying, but make sure you're prepared for the prospect of owning such a dog, as they are not suitable for most homes. Other than that, I would think you could find a breeder who would be willing to export a puppy to the US. Here, for example, is a breeder who says they ship worldwide: http://www.wolfsirius.com/puppies.htm It wont be cheap to ship a puppy overseas, and you are likely to have to pay for health certifications and other things. But it can be done. Good luck!
You may not be able to find exactly the Saarloos but there are many wolf hybrid breeders in the States. You might also want to search Czechoslovakian Wolfdog, they are the same mix of German shepherd and wolf.

Saarloos wolfhound, a cross between the German Shepherd dog and the gray wolf.
The Saarloos Wolfhond is a recently developed breed definitely not for the inexperienced handlers. His name comes from both its creator and lineage, its an excellent guard dog when well trained. Although loving towards its owner, its very suspicious of other people and dogs. Background NotesGeneticist Leender Saarloos of the Netherlands bred this dog by back-crossing the German shepherd dog to the wolf.
All dogs are related to the wolf, but the Saarlooswolfhond (Saarloos Wolfdog) and Czeslovakian Wolfdog look most like a wolf.Other breeds resemblig a wolf are the Primitive types. These breeds are the oldest breeds that have not been mixed with any other breed to create. Yes their is such dogs as wolf dogs. A wolf dog is a mix of a wolf and a dog
Wolf Dog was created in 1958.
A wolf-dog hybrid (also called a wolf hybrid or wolfdog) is a canid hybrid resulting from the mating of wolf (Canis lupus) and a dog (Canis familiaris). The term "wolfdog" is preferred by most wolfdog proponents and breeders since the domestic dog was recently taxonomically recategorized as a subspecies of wolf.In first generation hybrids, gray wolves are most often crossed with wolf-like dogs (such as German Shepherd Dogs, Siberian Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes) for an appearance most appealing to owners desiring to own an exotic pet. Since wolf hybrids are genetic mixtures of wolves and dogs, their physical and behavioral characteristics cannot be predicted with any certainty.
