No, the UK does not share a border with Spain. However Gibraltar does share a border with Spain, Gibraltar is under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the UK but not part of the UK, it is a British Overseas Territory.
Scotland and Wales both share a border with England. If you mean outside of the UK, it would have to be France, Belgium and Ireland.
