You won't die, but it won't be good for you nor effective. The longest your body can fast without breaking down muscles for food is around 3 days. 4 days won't really harm you that bad but it won't help you with your weight loss goals, especially since when you end your fast you will probably overeat to compensate and regain any weight loss, maybe even put more on.
