Yes. Consider Jimmy Carter as a prototypical example. He was a Democratic president, he spoke at the most recent Democratic National Convention, and he has been a very active evangelical Christian since long before he ran for public office.
In the 1856 campaign for the US presidency, Democrats used many arguments to persuade voters not to vote for the Republicans. One strong argument was that the Republicans were dominated by evangelical Christians. The Democrats denounced the mixture of politics and religion. This in fact was true. The Republican campaign erased any lines between religion and politics. Churches became party gathering places and Protestant ministers were prominent during the campaign.
THEY SUPPORT NO PARTY. THEY SUPPORT DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS AND INDEPENDENTS AND LIBERTARIANS IF THOSE PERSONS ARE PRO-GUN. At one point a study was conducted and found that the majority of NRA members were in-fact democrats. This seems to no longer be true but I have yet to find any new studys confirming that.

No, she was not. Her parents were mainstream Protestant Christians (some sources say they were Methodists), but by her own account, the president's mother was not very religious and did not belong to any church.
Jon and Kate Gosselin are Christians, at one time they attend Glad Tidings Assembly of God in Reading, PA. There is not current information on what church, if any the Gosselins have attended since their divorce in 2009.
yes, there are
Like most any other evangelical service and as varied as evangelical worship are like.
Most Democrats believe in gay rights and believe in protecting gays against discrimination, most are firmly against the military's "Don't ask, don't tell" policy (which ironically was signed by a Democrat). But Democrats are split in their beliefs on gay marriage. Although most Democrats don't want there to be an amendment that defines marriage as between a man and woman, some of those same Democrats don't want gay marriage made legal mostly due to religious reasons. Practically all Demcrats support civil unions for gays.
A sense of justification. Also support from people who follow that tag and don't know any better.
This gives us an opportunity to learn the true nature of Christians. If they believe Jesus said to love others as themselves, do Christians really love others, including Freemasons? Surely we should at least treat Freemasons with respect and friendship.
No, most Democrats do not support the war in Iraq. The Democratic Party has traditionally believed in peaceful relations with other countries and are typically against any war.
There is no specific collective noun for the noun 'democrats' (or 'republicans').Collective nouns are an informal part of language, so any noun suitable for the circumstances or that suits your fancy will work; for example a flock of democrats, a congregationof democrats, a drove of democrats, etc.
