There is a Hebrew angel named Lailah who's job is to oversee unborn souls of babies and bring them to earth.
She watches over the Treasury of Souls in heaven. Once a soul is chosen, she brings it down to earth and plants it as a seed in the mother's womb. There she proceeds to tell the soul the secrets of the world: the languages of the animals and of the wind plus the history of that soul, it's past and future. When the time comes to lead the child into the world, she touches the baby's upper lip, creating an indention, as a reminder to keep this knowledge a secret.
In Jewish tradition that indentation on your upper lip is called a Lailah spot. When you die this same angel leads you into the after life.
In the Christian book of Revelations there is a story in which this angel makes a very important appearance. That Treasury of Souls which Lailah guards will one day run empty. Lailah stands before the throne of God and delivers this key announcement: "The Room is Empty." One then is the seventh seal opened and there is a silence in heaven for the space of half an hour. It's silent because the room is empty of souls.
Here's another fun fact, spell Lailah backward and what to do you get? Halial, the Hebrew word for "Praise." This is not a coincidence, since the Jewish scholars were fond of putting secret codes and hidden messages into their texts. (Other examples of Hebrew names that are ciphers would be Noah spelled backward in Hebrew is Chen which means 'Grace' and Moses backward is HaShem, meaning 'The Name' and the way many Jews refer to G-d.) Halial is the root of the word Hallelujah.
Every time you say Hallelujah the angel Lailah's name is hidden there.
Yes, angels in the outfeild.
He is not married in any games but in something called Sonic Angels (I think its angels) Knuckles ends up dieing and then Shadow marries Rouge and has 4 kids.
No, she did not die! In fact, in the last Charlie's Angels movie with Drew Barrymore, she sat next to Barrymore's character and gave her some sound advice, and Kelly Garrett was considered as to be a "legend" amongst any and all other of the "Angels".
So far in the series, there is no female state alchemists. There are female generals such as Olivia Armstrong but I highly doubt she is a state alchemist.
No, Titian is one of the painters who never painted halos.
Angles have no gender, neither do angels.
I don't believe there are any female angels named in the Bible. That artists depict them as female is probably a modern attempt to take them out of the role of warriors and make them into something cute and cuddly.
Some people believe angels have no genitalia (if you believe in them).
Angels are neither male nor female.
No, Saint Michelle is the female version of Saint Michael.
The Bible does not say the names or genders of the fallen angels. Angels don`t have a gender.
The most accurate answer is that we do not know, as the Bible tells us very little about angels. They are described in Hebrews as "ministering spirits" and sex or gender is not usually applied to spirits. The only clue we have is Jesus' statement that the angels do not marry. Christian theologians have extrapolated from this to claim that angels are neither male nor female. Outside the Christian tradition, however, things may be different - Muslims believe in djinna (female djinns) and other female spirits. Buddhists (I think) have female figures that might be considered the equivalent of Christian angels.
In the Bible, angels are generally depicted as male, often referred to with masculine pronouns. However, angels are not considered to have a specific gender in the same way humans do, as they are spiritual beings.
Angels according to Judaic Christian beliefs are celestial beings, not human or animal or biological, and are neither male or female. Other cultures may use other definitions as would the depiction of fictitious creatures called angels shown in TV programs and movies,
Angels are neither male or female . They have no gender.
There are no "male angels" since angels are neither sex and have no reproductive organs. Angels are non-sexual and therefore neither female nor male.
