There are not too many flowers that are allergy free because of the pollen content. However some of the better ones to use are violas, impatiens and pansies.
If you have allergies you should probably stay away from any flowers that have lots of pollen. You can probably have roses in your house though because they don't have that much pollen in them. other than that i don't know any flowers that you should avoid if you do have allergies
