∙ 14y agoyou only get new missions on club penguin when you complete all the missions given to you the first time. if you already did then they haven't updated them yet on your account.

You have to wait for club penguin to bring out new missions, it normally happens every three or four months. In the meantime just try and finnish all the missions. If you have I suppose you're gonna have to be patient.
